1. Our product
We sell a digital, fillable PDF organizer called "If I'm Not Around: Family Emergency Binder (India Edition)". It is a personal organizing tool only. It is not legal, financial, tax, insurance or medical advice, and it does not replace a will, power of attorney, advance medical directive or the advice of a qualified advocate, CA or doctor. Inheritance, nominee and tax rules in India vary by religion, state and situation, so please consult a professional.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay applies to your order.
3. Delivery
This is a digital product and nothing is shipped. After successful payment you are taken to a private download page, and the link is also emailed to you. The link is valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. Please save the file immediately. If you do not receive your link, write to support@kdven.space with your payment ID.
4. Refunds and cancellation
Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable, and orders cannot be cancelled once the download is available. We will, however, fix or refund your order in these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You paid but did not receive access to the product and we cannot resolve it.
- The file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot provide a working copy.
Write to support@kdven.space within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
5. Licence and acceptable use
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own family and to print copies for your own household. You must not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the file or its content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission. Download links are private; do not share them.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, text and graphics in the product and on this website belong to KDVEN and are protected by copyright laws. No rights are transferred to you except the licence above.
7. Your responsibility for your information
You decide what to write in the binder. We strongly advise you not to record passwords, PINs, OTPs or full ID and account numbers in it, and to store the file and printouts securely. We are not responsible for loss or misuse of information that you store or share.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is" for general information and organization. We do not guarantee that it will meet your particular legal or financial needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDVEN is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [Your city, State] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
